Licences
The Sup- & Watershop is located at the Landal Parc De Reeuwijkse Plassen and can be accessed through the reception. Since the opening in January 2017 the focus of the shop has changed. In the beginning, the store included mostly water sport articles and the rental/sale of stand up paddling boards. Nowadays we also sell swimsuits, toys and second hand books. Besides that, we also sell fishing permits (for a day or a year) and boat permits (for a week) for the lakes of Reeuwijk. For renting a bike, electric boats, canoes, paddle boards or paddle boats you can also visit us.

Opening hours:
We are open daily from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. from the 1st of September until the 30th of July.
In peak season, 1st of July until 31st of August, we are open daily from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. The electric boats still have to be back before 5 P.M.
Bikes
If you rent an electric bike for a day, it has to be returned before 5 P.M. for the bikes need to be charged. If you rent an electric bike for multiple days, we provide you with a charger. All the other bikes must be returned before 8 P.M.
Payment
We charge a deposit for all rented materials. The deposit has to be paid up front. We also need a copy of an ID (passport or drivers license will also suffice), when making a copy of your ID we use a cover. Reservations must be paid in advance, keep an eye out for the expiration date on the invoice. Reservations will be cancelled if they are not paid on time. If the reservation is fully paid, the material is reserved for you.
Unforeseen circumstances:
We do everything in our power to make the reservation go as planned, however sometimes it can occur that your reservation has to be cancelled even though you already paid for it. For instance, when a boat is returned with damage, or a power black out did not charge the boats. If this happens we will contact you and try to find a fitting solution, if it turns out to be impossible to reschedule we will refund the money.
